The sweet stalls are hired with sweets, jars, lights, pots, bags and scoops and remain the property of Pig 'n' Mix Sweets.
Customers are not allowed to add their own sweets to the stalls at any time, this is for insurance and traceability purposes.
The removal of jars, pots or scoops is not permitted as these are the property of Pig 'n' Mix Sweets and their removal will incur an additional charge.

Payment
A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking and the balance to be paid 28 days prior to the event.
Payment method should be via bank transfer, cheque, or paypal through the link on this website once the date has been confirmed.
Last minute bookings
Pig 'n' Mix Sweets can cater for last minute bookings subject to availability. Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation
If for any unforeseeable reasons a customer has to cancel then you can do so at anytime up to 28 days prior to the event with no financial penalty. Note that the deposit.is non-returnable.
If cancelled within 28 days prior to the event a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order will be charged.
Any order cancelled within 14 days of the event date will be charged at the full value.
Cancellations should be done in writing via email and will be confirmed by return email. Initial deposits are non-refundable.
If for any unforeseen reason Pig 'n' Mix Sweets has to cancel your order for the event then we will notify you as soon as possible and refund all payments.
Delivery
The delivery and collection of the stall is included in the price within a 20 mile radius of PR4 1RE. If you have an event outside this area please fill out the enquiry form and ask for prices which are normally charged at 50p per mile on the outward and inward journeys (the first 20 miles of each journey will not be charged).
The stall will be delivered to the appointed venue and set up and then collected at an appointed time. All remaining sweets will be left in bags or pots on the table upon collection unless otherwise stated.
Amendments to your booking
If you wish to make amendments to your booking you should notify us within a reasonable time and they will be subject to availability.

Only a member of Pig 'n' Mix Sweets is permitted to move the stall at any time for Health and Safety reasons.
Safety Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the venue that they have hired a stall for the event and to inform them to have a table available.
Please be advised that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nut or nut oils and that they may have been in contact with products containing such. It is not the responsibility of Pig 'n' Mix Sweets for any issues resulting from any food allergies.
Clients should ensure that children are supervised at all times to avoid any issues of choking from items i.e. sweet wrappers, sweets or bags etc. Pig 'n' Mix Sweets cannot be held responsible for safety issues which occur from use of our equipment or consumption of our goods or foods supplied at the event.
Complaints
After the event if you feel the need to lodge a complaint please do so in writing via email to pignmixsweets@gmail.com within 14 days of the event taking place.
Having made a booking with Pig 'n' Mix Sweets denotes that you agree to and have read the above terms and conditions.
Availability
Colour schemes/themes are subject to availability dependent on obtainable stock.
